Recipes rooted in the seasons, family memories and the everyday food we grew up with.
Some kitchens are just rooms. We like to think that ours carries a landscape.
We grew up around Venetian tables, where food was shaped by the seasons, by what was growing nearby, and by the hands that had cooked it before us. Our mothers and grandmothers taught us that ingredients matter, that you cook with what you have, and that even the simplest meal can carry a memory.
That way of cooking has stayed with us. Now we live in London, but the places we grew up in are still present in the way we cook, the things we make, and the way we gather around a table.
Here, recipes sit alongside the stories behind them, the seasons that shape them, and the people and places that gave them meaning. You’ll also find the things that surround our kitchen: handmade objects, tables we set, markets, and the small details that make an everyday meal feel special.
Because for us, the kitchen has never been only about cooking.
In our kitchen, ingredients and traditions meet memory, becoming recipes inspired by the flavours of home and by the ways of cooking that have shaped our lives.
Guided by nature and community, we embrace seasonal flavours, welcoming tables and the joy of sharing – celebrating simplicity, honesty and the pleasure of being together.
So whether you’re cooking at home or joining us in person, this is your invitation to savour Venetian food – traditional or inspired – and the stories that make every dish a celebration of simple, honest flavours and comforting, meaningful moments.
Wherever you are.
