We’re Fabio and Agnes, a trained cook and a stylist, both recipe developers who believe in simple, seasonal food with deep roots.

Our kitchen is where family memory meets seasonal cooking, where humble ingredients become dishes that carry meaningful stories.

The flavours we share come from the landscapes that raised us: the quiet rhythms of the lagoon, the vegetable gardens of the plains where our families foraged, and the mountain villages we visited for hikes, mushroom hunting, and fresh milk, butter, and meat from small farms.

Now, from our London home, we recreate that spirit – a slower pace, a generous table, and food that tastes of home. Our aim is to bring the essence of a Venetian kitchen to your table, wherever you are, keeping these traditions alive and inviting you into them.
