Recipes, stories and flavours from our Venetian family tables to yours.

Inspired by the traditions carried through our families

Some kitchens are just rooms. Ours carries a landscape.

We’re Fabio and Agnes, a cook and a stylist who grew up around Venetian tables, and never really left them. Our food comes from a particular landscape: the lagoon and its quiet rhythms, the vegetable gardens of the plains where our families foraged, the mountain villages we visited for hikes and fresh milk and meat from small farms.

Venice and the Veneto region gave us a way of cooking — unhurried, seasonal, rooted in what the land offers — and that way of cooking came with us to London.

Here we keep those traditions alive: through recipes, stories, and the belief that a generous table is one of the best things you can share with someone.

In our kitchen, ingredients and traditions meet memory, becoming recipes inspired by the flavours of home and by the ways of cooking that have shaped our lives.

Guided by nature and community, we embrace seasonal flavours, welcoming tables and the joy of sharing – celebrating simplicity, honesty and the pleasure of being together.
