Our Italian cooking classes in Oxfordshire

We’re delighted to bring the flavours, stories, and traditions of our Venetian heritage to the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside through an exciting new collaboration with The Jericho Kitchen Cookery School.

In these hands-on classes, Fabio will lead the cooking, sharing the classic techniques, family secrets, and regional knowledge inherited from his Venetian roots, whilst Agnes will be bringing the spirit of a Venetian table to life by styling a beautiful setting where we’ll all sit down together to enjoy the food we’ve prepared.

Whether you’re looking to master authentic Italian techniques or simply gather around good food and compelling stories, we can’t wait to welcome you to the Jericho Kitchen – see our upcoming classes below.

A special barn

There is something truly special about learning to cook in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside.

The Jericho Kitchen Cookery School is based at The Cart Shed, a beautifully converted 1824 barn in Preston Crowmarsh, near Wallingford. Rather than a formal, clinical studio where everyone cooks in isolation, the space is warm, relaxed, and wonderfully social. You’ll cook together, share ideas, and gather around a long communal table to enjoy the food you’ve prepared. That spirit of togetherness is what we fell in love with.

It also mirrors how we approach food ourselves. The Jericho Kitchen team puts seasonality and care at the heart of everything they do, working with local producers and championing good, honest ingredients.

Bringing our Venetian traditions to a space that shares those exact values feels like the perfect match, and we can’t wait to welcome you to the table.
